November Rain

November Rain

Changing CRM's and starting a new relationship with a vendor brings about feelings much like the first verse of the epic rock ballad November Rain. We have all had those unsure, unsteady feelings of being in a new relationship. Just take solace in knowing your vendor feels the same.

Rocky Road

To be honest, CRM perfection doesn't happen overnight. There is a lot of trial and error; there are a lot of wounds to be healed from past CRM experiences. So it's natural to have 'restrained' feelings at the beginning for users about adoption. I mean, let's face it. It's not like this is an employee's first date or experience with a CRM. Most employees have been around the block a few times with the known CRM products and have shared their crazy issues while romancing them. Companies often lose good employees when they have lousy technology. Firms think it is cheaper to keep the lackluster software, but they pay the price in employee attrition.

Nothing Lasts Forever

At some point, employees have to give in to the only law that is constant in this universe...change. Whatever the feelings of distress they experienced in past software relationships will eventually change. Your staff will make new memories and heal as hearts do change too.
