Don't Stop Believin'

Updated: Mar 16, 2022

Is the Customer Always Right?

It was a long journey, and it is sad when you realize that the provider loves themselves and their interests more than they do you as their customer. Have you ever wondered why you have to change how you do things to fit into your provider's solution as the customer? Are you not paying them for software that should provide you service? So why, when you ask for the most minor of change, does it cost almost as much as implementation?

Underachievement

Do not take the midnight train goin' anywhere. Payin' anything to roll the dice just one more time is not something most businesses can afford to do. When did underachievement in SaaS become the norm, and why is it acceptable for companies?

Never Settle

While we agree on the realization that the customer is always right when it comes to their desires, it should not only be when there is an upcharge. Sells should not occur on the out-of-the-box solution that does not suit the needs of a business, especially when what was paid for was not the solution that was right for your company.

All problems are not CRM product issues. Sometimes it is a human problem. 65-70% of CRMs fail because of low user adoption. Siloed departments can also cause issues with centralization. Bad data is a huge issue as well. Poor planning and lack of forward-thinking in choosing a CRM can cause significant problems too.

On Your Terms

While not everything is possible, there are endless possibilities. Underachievement and settling are not often suitable for you or acceptable for your customers, and frankly, you do not have to. TaskSuite can help you figure out a path and business model that works within your current processes. You can have CRM on your terms without contracts and with limitless possibilities without astronomical prices.
