American Companies and Foreign Human Capital Investments

This is not necessarily a bad thing for the foreign workers as, sadly, some organizations take advantage of them wanting to live and work in the United States. This new development will require them to pay foreign workers the correct pay for the service they render. A report from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics showed that foreign-born workers made 83.1 percent of their native-born counterparts' earnings in 2016. In 2016, there were 27.0 million foreign-born persons in the U.S. labor force, comprising 16.9 percent of the total.

Some companies will have to face the writing on the wall and pay a fair wage. This may affect many companies who do not have the wiggle room to raise foreign workers' salaries. #TaskSuite can help you outsource your needs for less. Our CRM tool reduces cost by improving your efficiency and lowering the overhead to save some employees.
