I think it has been long enough for companies to know how to engage customers and prospects effectively. Business online is not a new thing. Covid didn’t break the internet or CRM.

Agreed! And this is the key statement and foundation of the solutions that are needed due to the cultural shift caused by a pandemic. This makes EVERYONE a customer. The rules of engagement and exactly what IS engaging have changed. Going back to your key statement, our customers have customers and rest assured, those customers have customers as well.
